My purpose — no matter which wedding package you choose — is to tell the story of your celebration. I give guidance for portrait poses, blend into the background while capturing candids, and elicit the laughs for those celebratory group shots. Equally instructive and unobtrusive, my approach will leave everyone feeling pumped to see your pictures — and like you found a friend.

Your wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime occasion. Whether you’re planning a big bash with a live band that plays late into the night or an intimate dinner with your nearest and dearest, your day deserves to be remembered as it happened.
From start to finish my process and products portray real life. I capture the personal details that make your occasion unique as well as your big day backdrop, no matter what Mother Nature brings. From the flower girl who frowned to the rain shower that revealed a rainbow, the outcome is an honest account of your wedding that won’t ever date.
All Packages include a keepsake USB with the entire collection of edited images from your special day. USB drives are presented in a personalised box, which is available in a variety of colours to suit your style.
Packages are also inclusive of travel to and from any wedding venue in Cumbria.

Get comfortable in front of the camera with a session before the celebration
Epic wedding day images aren’t only up to me— they require a little input from you too! Magic happens when a couple is familiar with being photographed, meaning you get to soak up every second of your day (which is the whole point, right?) A pre-wedding shoot provides a chance for us to get to know one another. Together we’ll choose a location that makes you comfortable so we can capture some candid moments for keeps!
OTHER TOP TIPS FOR AN EPIC EVENT
Having photographed over 25 weddings annually since 2011, I’ve seen my share of memorable occasions. Here are a few pointers to consider before I see yours!
The weather can’t be controlled, but how you feel about it can.
Cumbria is green, lush, and lovely thanks to Mother Nature, and although we wish for blue skies and sunshine on your wedding day the weather is out of our control. Be prepared for rain with fun umbrellas and an attitude that accepts and embraces and the outcome will be brill.
Confetti makes a gorgeous exit photo...
…if guests have access to it! Place confetti in easy reach before your ceremony starts. Baskets are a great way to encourage family and friends to grab a handful soon after you say, “I do!”
Colour can create incredible imagery.
Incorporating your wedding colour palette is easy with flowers and favours but if you’re looking to go the extra mile, smoke bombs are a fun addition for photos.

Me too! If you’re interested in booking me for your big day, the first step is securing your venue. I can let you know my availability as soon as your wedding location is set.
If your date is free, I’d love to get together over a cuppa (either in person at my home office or via FaceTime) for an informal chat.
Love my photography style and personality? I require a £200 deposit to secure your wedding date.
Finally, a month before your big day we’ll meet at the venue or my home office to go through your requirements and make sure everything is finalised. The remaining balance is due at this meeting and is dictated by the package you have selected.
